Last delicous food

This is the last posting since i've written at my blog already.
Up to this time, I post so many restaurant
But I think that the most delicious food is 
Mom's cook.

Nothing is healthier than mom's cook
Nothing is warmer than mom's cook
Nothing is more delicious than mom's cook



How about eating dinner with familly today?

Ma Boklim Tteokbokki

What comes to your mind when you think 'sindangdong'? 
Thing that comes to mind as soon as korean  think 'sindangdong' is tteokbokki


Ma Boklim is grandmother's name :)
She insinst that she is originator of sindangdong tteokbokki
So we go that restaurant




we order tteokbokki double portion and add noodles
Intersting, egg is a little smoked
So It smells good




um taste is a little pungent
It's so disappointed than I expected but delicious than others

If you want simple meal then you visit here
It score 7 of 10, I think.


sashimi

Today I would like to introduce region which is not a restraunt.
It is Soraepogu
What kind of food, do you eat  in soraepogu?
You eat sashimi very cheap price.
Soraepogu is located west of korea
It is very close to seoul so many people visit

If you visit soraepogu, you see such spectacle

Like this, Immediately slice raw fish.



Look that fresh fish



Sashimi is very elastic becase It is not long since fish die
gizzard ahad is service:)
It is very fresh
I love it
I fill myself with sashimi with little money

If you want to eat sashimi, you go soraepogu
You will satisfy

Hamhung naengmyeon

Why do I post ,cold food, naengmyeon in cold winter?
 An old saying has it that cold endure with more cold in Korea
So today I introduce Hamhung naengmyeon.
I recommend the restaurant which is located in daechidong.
The name of restaurant is hamhung myeonok

I don't like hot taste so I order water naengmyeon


myeon is tough a little so I scissor
Taste the broth, it is sweet also cool.
And I feel deep flavor

Although myeon is tough, view from a different stand point, it is elastic

After I finish dinner, go outside, I am never cold.
Joke... too cold...
Food is good but price is expensive( It is 8000won per portion)

Pane pasta

I had something to do in Myongdong
 so I went there and also Primo bacio baci which is close to Myongdong.
This restaurant's best menu is Bane pasta
Bane pasta is pasta in bread called bane.



garlic bread come before main dish
It  is fantastic
Soft, moist, delicous
It can refill for reference



Finally come on
I sure that any pasta restaurant can't make pane cream like Primo bacio baci
This is real delicious
ah... It is pity that I explain it's fantastic taste only word.

Coffee mill

Today I would like to introduce cafe which is not a restraunt.
Why?
I went samchungdong famous restaurant before, that time I went to a cafe after meal.
Suddenly I come across this cafe today.
It is Coffee mill  

 

This cafe welcome taking out
go inside



The cafe have  unique spectacle.
Even tissue is unique

Isn't it funny?

I order americano and it is commom
but I like atmosphere of this cafe


If you go to samchungdong, Be sure to visit the cafe that I  mentioned.

Chives&beef intestines

I post a blog in the middle of the night again
I have the munchies...
If I eat something now, then I will be fat as a pig...
It is torture...
gloomy ...
Jesus...

Come to my senses and let's post!
Today I introduce Chives&beef intestinesrestaurantwhich loacted in sillim.


Of course we order Chives&beef intestines which is most famous.



Oh my stomach is growling
We are very comfortable because staff grilled directly.
chives'smell and intestines's fresh taste is perfect harmony in mouth
crunch, chewy... it is too delicious for words.

After taste god of food, we eat stir-fry rice
like this

I can't stand any more

Ohyang pork hocks

It's half past two ... I'm so hungry
So today I introduce one of late night meal that korean love.
It is Pork hocks!
The restaurant which I recommend is Ohyang Pork hocks
It is located in  Junggu, next to the city hall station.
It is very famous so we wait generally 40minute.

amazing...

Anyway we order pork hocks
pork hocks come with dumpling soup


wow
The shine of pokr rinds make my mouth water
Now let's eat!










Oh Jesus...
Isn't it food of god?
Meat is  sweet and elastic
Melt in my mouse
Also dumpling soup is deep taste
it is expensive but it's worth it

I unconditionality recommend

Samchungdong Sujebi

Oh, the weather turned cold.
When the weather turned cold, I want to eat Sujebi.
Sujebi is Korean style pasta soup.
How to make Sujebi?
Boiling the broth until the dried achovies fully flavor the broth.
And then make dough into bite-size, put into broth with vegetable.
Cover and simmer until dough is tender.
That's it!


There are many Sujebi restraunt in Korea
Chief of all, Samchungdong Sujebi become popular with deep taste



As you know Samchungdong Sujebi is in Samchungdong
Although dough is very thin,  it is veryvery elastic.
Also broth is deep flavor.
After such a good dinner, I gain strength.

Sundae stir-fry

Today I post about Sundae town.
What is Sundae town?
Sundae town is a building that have only Sundae restaurant in each floor
It is located in Sillim


Then what is Sundae?
Sundae is made by kneading together a seasoned mixture of glutinous rice and cellophane noodle and stuffing it into casings made of hog intestines, which are then tied off at the ends and boiled.

Now I order Sundae stir-fry



Look delicious:)
After boil, eat Sundae with hot sauce.
This sauce isn't very hot. sweet rather than hot

It's  price is 7000won
But Its quantitiy is enormous

It scored 9 of 10
I recommend. 


Myongdong Pork cutlet

Hello I'm back
long time no see

Today I introduce Pork cutlet restaurant which located in Myongdong.
This restaurant's pork cutlet is typical japan's.

Now I order...
Oh my God!


Look at this menu board 
Consider general pork cutlet' price, It is too expensive.
gurp down tears, I order tenderloin pork cutlet.
Few minute later...



Tenderloin pork cutlet is coming
meat is thick so chewy and fritter is crispy.
Sauce is sweet, I love this pork cutlet

I think It score 8 of 10
Its taste good but It is too expensive
So I give this score.

Nang pung Kimchi jjigae



First I  am going to introduce a kimchi jjigae restaurant called nang-pung.
It is located in shinchon but it is deep inside the ally so it won't be easy to find.
Kimchijjigae is typical of spicy and hot food in Korea. So I order it.


Feature of nang-pung is no side dishes ,Only kimchi jjigae come.
But its taste is awesome. It is little spicy but  refreshing and ..... oh  it is too delicious for words.
Also it have many pork. I love pork :) So I love nangpung !!!
If you don't feel full , then you order extra ramen noodles.  It'll fill you up.

When you eat hot and spicy , Go nangpung !
